CRYPTO BLOCKCHAIN INDUSTRIES : Amendment to the liquidity contract with TSAF Amendment to the liquidity contract with TSAF Paris, France – October 1, 2025 at 6:00 pm CET - Crypto Blockchain Industries SA ("CBI") (CBI - Euronext Growth Paris: FR0014007LW0 – ALCBI; OTCQB: CBIPF) announces that it has made the following amendment to the liquidity agreement entered into on October 21, 2021 with TSAF - Tradition Securities And Futures. As of September 29, 2025, the liquidity contract returned to CBI: €40,000 in cash. It should be noted that, at the time of the half-year balance sheet as at 30 June 2025, the following resources were included in the liquidity account:
It is also recalled that as of July 2, 2025, the liquidity contract had already returned €120,000 to CBI.
