Malakoff Humanis announces that it has completed its acquisition of a majority stake in the Magnolia Group, a leading player in borrower insurance. The Magnolia Group offers individuals simplified access to tailor-made insurance products through optimised digital channels.

This acquisition is in line with the Malakoff Humanis Group's diversification strategy, alongside its traditional markets in group health and personal protection. It is part of the Group's strategic ambition to become a key player in the borrower insurance market and to expand its distribution network.

The impact of this acquisition on the Group's solvency as at 31 December 2024 is estimated at around 8 points, enabling the Group to maintain a pro forma ratio of close to 250%, among the highest in the market.
