The Combined General Meeting of Shareholders of Crypto Blockchain Industries S.A. was held on September 24, 2026 under the chairmanship of Frédéric Chesnais, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. According to the calculation, the shareholders present or represented held 123,364,848 shares, and the same number of voting rights, i.e. 39.2% of the Company's share capital and voting rights.
