PRELIMINARY FY 2026 ACTIVITY UPDATE

PARIS, FRANCE (March 23, 2026 - 8.00 am CET) -Atari® (Euronext Growth Paris: ALATA) — one of the world's most iconic consumer brands and interactive entertainment producers — today reports an update for its fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.

Taking into account the current and anticipated performance during the second half of the year, Atari now expects its revenues for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026 to be approximately $50M compared with previously anticipated revenue of approximately $60M. Based on current estimates, this would be the third consecutive year of high (~40%) revenue growth, bringing Atari's revenues to their highest level in over a decade. Within a context of stronger activity, it is still expected to drive Atari towards positive Current operating income and towards positive operating cash flow generation on a full year basis.

Including the expected contribution of Thunderful^[1], full-year revenues are expected to reach approximately $60M, further accelerating Atari's growth.

The Company continues to execute its strategic plans initiated in 2022, centered on its core gaming activities and the strengthening of its publishing capabilities, including through the acquisitions of Digital Eclipse, Nightdive Studios and Thunderful.
